Mobility of knowledge workers
In an employee society, employees need organizations. Without organizations, they cannot produce or work. However, they have the freedom to move. Moreover, they can move while retaining their means of production, namely knowledge.
Free movement (liquidity) is the essence of freedom.
Knowledge workers, who own the means of production called "knowledge" compared to Issues related to the dignity of service workers, are likely to have high liquidity even in cases such as job changes.
Often, the high liquidity is balanced by the company increasing the cost of acquiring talent, leading to the theory that salaries will rise.
Salary is a structural problem rather than working hard.
Those who possess physical means of production are organizations, but organizations and knowledge workers need each other. Neither can produce alone. In other words, neither is independent, and neither is permanent. They are interdependent.
From now on, it will not be possible to acquire loyalty through salaries. Loyalty can only be acquired by providing knowledge workers, who are employees, with excellent opportunities for performance and self-realization.
